Bellboy / Bell Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet guest arrivals and assist with luggage from vehicle or taxi to room
• Provide room orientation — TV, safe, mini-bar, air conditioning, room service
• Handle departure luggage storage and loading
• Assist with in-house luggage moves and stored bag delivery
• Provide neighborhood and hotel area guidance — CDMX property context
• Support front desk and lobby operations during peak check-in periods

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or service experience
• Physical fitness for luggage handling throughout full shift
• English — functional level useful, especially in Polanco and boutique hotel market
• Presentable, professional, warm demeanor
• Basic Mexico City neighborhood knowledge

About the role

The first face of the hotel in the world's largest Spanish-speaking city. A traveler arriving in CDMX for the first time, stepping out of a taxi in Polanco with luggage and no idea what neighborhood they're in, is helped immediately by the bellboy who takes the bags, says "welcome, I will explain the hotel and the neighborhood when we arrive at your room" — and does exactly that.
