Lobby Porter / Door Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain visible door and lobby presence during all shift hours
• Open doors, assist guests with entry and exit
• Handle light luggage assistance and guest requests
• Hail and coordinate taxi and Uber pickups from hotel entrance
• Support bell desk during peak periods
• Provide basic guest information — restaurants, directions, local area

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or security experience preferred
• Professional, welcoming appearance and manner
• Basic English helpful
• Physical fitness — extended standing
