Bellboy / Guest Host — Boutique Hotel

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at hotel entrance and assist with luggage to room
• Conduct boutique property orientation — rooftop terrace, breakfast patio, lounge area
• Provide Oaxaca city guidance — Monte Albán, artisan markets, mezcal bars, mole restaurants
• Handle departure luggage storage and assistance
• Assist concierge and front desk with guest requests and bookings
• Support special occasion arrangements — Día de los Muertos, Guelaguetza festival logistics

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or service experience
• English — functional level essential in Oaxaca's international boutique hotel market
• Genuine knowledge of and enthusiasm for Oaxacan culture — food, mezcal, art, crafts
• Warm personality appropriate to Oaxaca's intimate, culturally engaged tourism character
