Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at hotel entrance and assist with bags and arrival
• Maintain lobby and entrance area cleanliness and presentation
• Provide light guest assistance — directions, taxi coordination, storage
• Support bell desk during busy periods
• Handle in-property errand and delivery tasks

Requirements

• Service orientation and genuine warmth

• English — basic level
