Bellboy / Bell Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals and handle luggage from vehicle to room
• Escort guests to rooms and orient them to property amenities
• Handle departure luggage storage and vehicle loading
• Assist with in-house luggage transfers and storage requests
• Provide Puerto Vallarta neighborhood orientation — Romantic Zone, Malecón, marina
• Support bell desk during peak season arrival volume

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience preferred
• Physical fitness for luggage handling
• English — functional level essential in Puerto Vallarta's tourist market
• Warm, genuinely hospitable personality
• Puerto Vallarta neighborhood knowledge — beaches, restaurants, activities
