Work environment

Boutique hotel or hacienda in San Miguel de Allende. The city's colonial properties — bougainvillea-draped facades, interior courtyards, rooftop Parroquia views — are among the most beautiful hotel environments in Mexico.

About the role

The human warmth of one of the world's most beloved small cities. San Miguel de Allende is Condé Nast's world's best city. A guest who arrives at their boutique hotel and is greeted by an arrival host who walks them up to their rooftop, shows them the Parroquia with its neo-Gothic spires glowing in the late-afternoon light, and says "dinner tonight — there is a rooftop place two blocks from here where you can eat with that view for the same price as your Starbucks back home" — has just understood why they came.
