Work environment

Eco-lodge or boutique jungle property in Tulum. The working environment here is literally a jungle — thatched-roof structures, candlelit paths, cenote proximity, ocean breeze, zero artificial lighting after dark. There is no more distinctive hospitality workplace in Mexico.

About the role

The guide into Tulum's world. A guest who chose a Tulum eco-lodge — who bypassed the Cancún resorts and paid more for thatched-roof jungle and no Wi-Fi — arrives with specific expectations and some first-timer anxiety about what they've gotten into. The arrival host who walks them down a candle-lit jungle path at dusk, points to the bioluminescent cenote visible through the palms, and says "that's where breakfast is, sunrise yoga is at 6:30, and yes — this is exactly what you imagined it would be" — has delivered the experience the guest came to Tulum for.
