Valet Attendant / Arrival Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle arrivals and departures at hotel or beach club entrance
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles on Tulum's unpaved hotel zone roads
• Assist with luggage offloading on arrival
• Coordinate with eco-lodge arrival team on guest handover
• Maintain vehicle lot on Tulum's sandy terrain

Requirements

• Valid Quintana Roo driver's license
• Experience driving on unpaved roads — Tulum hotel zone is partially unpaved
• Clean driving record
• Professional but relaxed presentation matching Tulum's aesthetic
• English — functional level
