Activities Concierge / Tour Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Promote and book hotel excursions and activities for resort guests
• Present tour options with genuine enthusiasm and accurate information
• Process bookings and confirmations
• Coordinate with tour operators on pick-up times and logistics
• Manage activity desk during high guest traffic periods
• Follow up with guests post-excursion on satisfaction

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality or sales experience
• Strong English
• Knowledge of Cancún and Yucatán excursion options
• Sales confidence — activity desk is a revenue-generating role
• Genuine enthusiasm for the activities being sold
