About the role
The local expert who makes a good vacation great. The Cancún concierge who steers a family away from the overpriced tourist trap and toward the genuine cenote experience, who books them a dawn visit to Chichén Itzá before the crowds arrive — that recommendation becomes the story the family tells about their vacation for years. That impact is the specific satisfaction of the concierge role.
