Responsibilities

• Advise and coordinate Guadalajara experiences — Tlaquepaque artisan market, tequila distillery tours in Tequila, Jalisco, Lago de Chapala day trips, Guadalajara's cathedral and historic centro
• Make restaurant reservations — tortas ahogadas specialists, birria restaurants, Guadalajara's modern Mexican dining scene
• Arrange transportation — city tours, inter-city transfers, Tequila train excursions
• Serve both leisure and business travelers — Guadalajara is a major congress and convention city
• Provide Jalisco cultural context — mariachi music, tequila production, Talavera craft heritage
• Handle group and corporate request logistics

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality or concierge experience
• Deep Guadalajara city knowledge — neighborhoods, cultural venues, day trip options
• English fluency — essential for international business and tourism guests
• Genuine enthusiasm for Jalisco's cultural and culinary heritage
