Lifestyle Concierge / Guest Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through Guadalajara's creative neighborhoods — Chapultepec boulevard dining, Colonia Americana cafés and bars, Tlaquepaque artisan quarter
• Book restaurant reservations and cultural experiences in Guadalajara's rapidly growing gastronomic scene
• Arrange craft tequila and mezcal tasting experiences
• Coordinate shopping guidance — Talavera ceramics, blown glass from Tlaquepaque, artisan leather
• Support cultural visitors — art galleries, MUSA modern art museum, Cabañas UNESCO World Heritage mural tours

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• Genuine engagement with Guadalajara's cultural and food scene
• English — essential
• Knowledge of Guadalajara's neighborhoods and emerging dining and arts scene
