Activities Concierge / Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Present and book Los Cabos's premium activity portfolio
• Coordinate sport fishing trips, whale watching (seasonal December–April), snorkeling, diving
• Book ATV tours, zip lines, and Baja desert experiences
• Arrange golf tee times at Los Cabos's world-class courses
• Coordinate spa bookings and wellness experiences
• Follow up with guests to ensure experience satisfaction

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality or activities experience
• Deep knowledge of Los Cabos activity and sports offering
• Excellent English
• Enthusiasm for outdoor Baja experiences
