Responsibilities

• Arrange premium Los Cabos experiences — private yacht charters, sport fishing expeditions, ATV Baja desert tours, helicopter Arch tours
• Book exclusive restaurant reservations — Los Cabos's top restaurants book weeks in advance
• Coordinate private villa services — private chef, in-villa spa, private pool parties
• Handle celebrity and UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) guest requests with complete discretion
• Manage transportation — private vehicles, helicopter transfers, private planes
• Source authentic Baja cultural experiences — local wineries, artisan studios, fishing village visits
• Maintain relationships with the best local operators across all experience categories

Requirements

• 3–5 years luxury concierge experience
• Deep Los Cabos area knowledge — restaurants, experiences, operators
• Excellent English
• Network of trusted premium service provider relationships
• Absolute discretion with high-profile guests
