Responsibilities

• Guide guests through Roma, Condesa, and Juárez — the city's creative and culinary neighborhoods
• Book Roma and Condesa restaurant reservations — international cuisine, natural wine bars, contemporary Mexican
• Arrange cultural programming — gallery openings, street art tours, artisan market visits, mezcal tastings
• Coordinate design hotel extras — in-room amenities, neighborhood picnic baskets, custom cultural itineraries
• Serve a design-conscious, culturally engaged guest profile — travelers who chose Roma deliberately

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Deep personal knowledge of Roma, Condesa, and Juárez neighborhoods
• English fluency — Roma boutique hotels serve international and North American cultural travelers
• Genuine engagement with art, food, design, and Mexico City's creative scene
