Work environment
Business or boutique hotel concierge in Mexico City. The city's density of world-class culture — Museo Nacional de Antropología, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Museo Frida Kahlo, the taco culture, the street art — means the CDMX concierge is never short of extraordinary things to recommend.
About the role
Guide to the greatest city in the Americas. Mexico City overwhelms visitors who arrive without direction — 22 million people, 16 boroughs, 300 colonias, 130 museums. The concierge who helps a first-time visitor distill that into three perfect days — the pyramid sunrise, the market breakfast, the Polanco dinner — has turned a potentially confusing city into a defining travel experience.
