Responsibilities

• Coordinate artisan village day trips and craft workshop experiences
• Book mezcal distillery tours and tastings — certified palenques and small-production distillers
• Arrange Monte Albán tours and Hierve el Agua excursions
• Organize cooking classes focused on Oaxacan mole varieties, tlayudas, and chocolate production
• Book market tours — Mercado Benito Juárez, Mercado 20 de Noviembre, Tlacolula weekly market
• Manage festival season logistics — Día de los Muertos tourism requires careful advance coordination

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or cultural tourism experience
• Oaxaca regional knowledge — artisan villages, mezcal culture, archaeological sites
• English — essential
• Personal passion for Oaxacan culture, food, or craft is a genuine advantage
