Work environment
Activities coordination in an Oaxacan boutique hotel. The work involves building relationships with artisan families, mezcal producers, and cultural guides — a network that is both professionally valuable and personally enriching.
About the role
The bridge between tourists and Oaxaca's living culture. Oaxaca's artisans, mezcal producers, and cooks are not tourist attractions — they are working people continuing traditions that are centuries old. The cultural coordinator who introduces guests to them with genuine respect and accurate context is doing cross-cultural work that matters.
