Activities Concierge / Eco-Tour Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Present and book Riviera Maya eco-tour portfolio
• Coordinate cenote, ruins, diving, and snorkeling bookings
• Handle European and North American guest activity requests
• Process bookings and manage operator logistics
• Follow up with guests post-activity

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or eco-tourism experience
• English; European language helpful
• Riviera Maya activity knowledge
• Enthusiasm for eco-tourism and natural environments

The curator of Riviera Maya's natural wonders. A French couple who drove past five Pemex stations to reach a remote cenote the activities desk agent recommended — who swam in turquoise water in total silence with prehistoric stalactites overhead — will return to that activities desk to tip and to say thank you. That recommendation was the best part of their trip.
