Hotel Concierge

Responsibilities

• Book Riviera Maya experiences — cenote snorkeling and diving, Tulum Mayan ruins, Cobá, Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, Cozumel ferry and diving
• Arrange Playa del Carmen dining reservations and beach club access
• Coordinate transportation — airport transfers, car rentals, private vehicles for day trips
• Provide cultural guidance — Mayan archaeological sites, local crafts, authentic market visits
• Handle European guest requests in English and ideally a second European language
• Maintain relationships with Playa's best tour operators and service providers

Requirements

• 2–3 years concierge or hospitality experience
• Deep Riviera Maya knowledge — cenotes, ruins, diving sites, snorkel spots
• English fluency; French, Italian, or German a significant advantage
• Genuine passion for the natural and cultural environment
