Activities Desk Agent / Tour Concierge

Responsibilities

• Present and book resort-affiliated tour and activity options
• Coordinate whale watching tours, sailing trips, snorkeling, diving, and land tours
• Process bookings and handle guest confirmations
• Manage pick-up logistics and tour operator coordination
• Follow up with guests on experience satisfaction

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or sales experience
• English
• Puerto Vallarta activity knowledge
• Sales confidence with genuine product enthusiasm

About the role

Selling Banderas Bay to people who came to see it. A guest who didn't know that humpback whales arrive in Puerto Vallarta every December — and who books a whale watching tour on the concierge's recommendation, and then sends a photo from the boat of a 40-ton humpback breaching 30 meters away — that is the activity desk agent's specific satisfaction.
