Hotel Concierge

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book Puerto Vallarta excursions — whale watching (December–March), Marietas Islands tours, Banderas Bay sailing, Islas Marietas snorkeling, jungle canopy zip lines, tequila distillery tours
• Make restaurant reservations — Romantic Zone, marina, and hotel zone dining
• Arrange transportation and tours
• Provide Jalisco regional guidance — Guadalajara day trip, tequila country, Riviera Nayarit
• Handle special guest requests — private sailing, romantic dinner setups
• Maintain local operator relationships

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality or concierge experience
• Deep Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay area knowledge
• English — essential
• Genuine enthusiasm for the destination's natural and cultural offerings
