Guest Experience Agent / Wedding Concierge

Responsibilities

• Coordinate concierge services for destination wedding guests
• Assist with pre-arrival wedding party logistics — room assignments, welcome amenities, group itineraries
• Book wedding guest activities — cooking classes, mezcal tours, colonial architecture walks, day trips to Guanajuato
• Handle rehearsal dinner and wedding eve restaurant reservations for large groups
• Manage honeymoon suite preparation and special occasion setups
• Provide city orientation to guests who have never visited San Miguel

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality experience
• English fluency — mandatory
• San Miguel knowledge — restaurants, activities, cultural calendar
• Organized and composed in the emotionally charged atmosphere of wedding weekends
• Warmth and genuine celebration of guests' occasions
