Work environment
Boutique hotel or hacienda in San Miguel de Allende. The city's restored colonial properties — courtyards draped in bougainvillea, rooftop terraces with Parroquia views, local art on every wall — are among the most beautiful hotel environments in Mexico.
About the role
Local expert in a city full of people who love it deeply. The hardest audience for an SMA concierge is the returning guest who has been coming for fifteen years and thinks they know everything. The concierge who can still recommend a new restaurant that opened in a colonial courtyard last month, a studio where a young artist just launched their first collection, or a hiking trail in the Picacho reserve that even long-term expats haven't discovered — earns their admiration. That guest will ask for them by name on every future stay.
