Eco-Lodge Concierge / Guest Experience Host

Responsibilities

• Curate Tulum guest experiences — cenote swims, Mayan ruins sunrise visits, Sian Ka'an Biosphere boat tours, temazcal ceremonies, jungle yoga sessions
• Book organic and biodynamic restaurant reservations — Tulum's plant-based and sustainable dining scene
• Arrange eco-transport — electric bicycles, sustainable tour operators, low-impact activities
• Provide Mayan cultural context — Tulum archaeological zone, Cobá, local artisan visits
• Connect guests with vetted wellness providers — sound healing, cacao ceremonies, breathwork
• Handle eco-property guest communications — WhatsApp, in-person, personalized itineraries

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Genuine personal alignment with eco-travel, wellness, and sustainable tourism values
• English fluency — Tulum's guest base is primarily European and North American
• Deep Tulum and Riviera Maya knowledge — cenotes, biosphere, wellness providers
• Spanish and English; French or German a strong advantage
