Work environment
Eco-lodge or boutique jungle property in Tulum. The Tulum hotel zone's aesthetic — thatched-roof cabañas, jungle paths, open-air lounges, no artificial lighting after dark — is one of the world's most distinctive hospitality environments.
About the role
Curator of Tulum's authentic experience. The guests who chose Tulum — who paid a premium to avoid the Cancún resort zone — want something genuine: a cenote that requires a bicycle ride down a jungle path, a temazcal led by a Mayan guide, a restaurant serving food grown 2km away. The concierge who provides that knows Tulum on its own terms.
