Work environment
Boutique wellness hotel in Tulum. The property environment — jungle, sea breeze, cenote proximity, organic food — makes this one of the more pleasant working environments in Mexican hospitality.
About the role
The guide to Tulum's deeper offer. Many guests arrive not knowing that Tulum has a 1,200-year-old archaeological zone, that Sian Ka'an is one of the largest biosphere reserves in Mexico, or that the region's cenotes were sacred Mayan portals. The wellness coordinator who plants these seeds — who says "your temazcal starts at sunset, and I've booked you the cenote at dawn before the tourists arrive" — has given the guest a Tulum that most visitors never reach.
