Responsibilities

• Handle all reception functions for intimate boutique property
• Provide highly personalized service — smaller property means deeper guest relationships
• Act as concierge for Baja activities, dining, and experiences
• Coordinate with small hotel team across multiple functions

Requirements

• 1–3 years hospitality experience
• Excellent English
• Knowledge of Los Cabos area activities and dining
• Warm, personalized service instincts
