Front Desk Agent — Boutique Hotel

Responsibilities

• Handle all check-in, checkout, and guest services for colonial boutique hotel
• Provide comprehensive Mérida and Yucatán cultural guidance — Chichén Itzá, Uxmal, cenotes, Mérida food markets, haciendas
• Recommend Yucatecan restaurants, cultural events, and local experiences
• Handle all guest communications in Spanish and English
• Coordinate with small hotel team across multiple functions
• Manage hacienda day trip and tour arrangements for guests

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English — essential for international cultural tourists visiting Mérida
• Genuine knowledge of and pride in Yucatecan culture and tourism
• Warm, hospitable manner aligned with Mérida's welcoming city character
