Responsibilities
- Lead front desk team and manage shift operations
- Handle VIP arrivals and escalated guest issues
- Oversee room inventory, upsell strategy, and rate management
- Train front desk agents
- Coordinate with all hotel departments on operational issues
- Review guest satisfaction metrics and action improvements
Requirements
- 3–5 years front desk experience with leadership
- Excellent English
- PMS proficiency and operational management ability
- Strong composure and problem-solving under pressure
