Front Desk Agent — Boutique Hotel

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in, checkout, and guest services for Oaxacan boutique hotel
• Provide food and cultural tourism guidance — mole restaurant recommendations, mezcal bar guidance, market visits, village artisan tours
• Coordinate Oaxacan cultural experiences — Guelaguetza tickets, Day of the Dead procession access, cooking classes
• Handle international food tourist clientele confidently
• Manage communications in English and Spanish
• Coordinate with small hotel team

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English — essential; Oaxaca's boutique hotel guests are predominantly international
• Genuine deep knowledge of Oaxacan food culture, mezcal, and cultural tourism
• Warm, knowledgeable manner that reflects Oaxacan hospitality culture
