Responsibilities

• Manage reception for boutique Oaxacan property
• Handle booking confirmations and special requests
• Provide personalized Oaxacan experience recommendations
• Manage check-in and checkout with warmth and efficiency
• Coordinate hacienda and village day trip arrangements

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or customer service experience
• English
• Oaxacan cultural knowledge
