Responsibilities

• Handle all front desk and guest services for boutique property
• Provide personalized neighborhood guidance — Romantic Zone restaurant, nightlife, and activity recommendations
• Build genuine rapport with guests during their stay
• Handle all guest communications
• Coordinate with small hotel team across multiple functions

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English fluency
• Deep knowledge of and genuine affection for Zona Romántica
• Warm, inclusive service style matching the neighborhood's character
