Guest Relations Agent — Wedding Hotel

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk and guest relations for hotel with active wedding program
• Coordinate wedding party arrivals — managing groups of 20–80 guests across multiple rooms
• Support wedding coordinator with guest logistics and special requests
• Handle special occasion setups — honeymoon suite preparation, welcome gifts, anniversary acknowledgments
• Manage bride and groom communication and pre-arrival wedding logistics
• Maintain composure during the operational complexity of wedding weekends

Requirements

• 2–3 years hospitality experience
• Excellent English — wedding guests are overwhelmingly American and Canadian
• Organizational skill for group arrival management
• Warm, celebratory manner for wedding event context
• Grace under the pressure of wedding weekend logistics
