Work environment
Eco-boutique hotel in Tulum's jungle or beach zone. The front desk in Tulum may be a bamboo reception desk under a palapa — the working environment is beautiful and informal compared to conventional hotels.
About the role
Guest guide in one of the world's most sought-after destinations. A Tulum eco-hotel guest arrives at a bamboo reception desk, a jaguar carving on the wall, the jungle visible through the open sides — and asks: "what should we do for the three days we're here?" The front desk agent who answers that question well — genuinely, specifically, from personal knowledge — has delivered the service that turns a good Tulum trip into a great one.
