Hotel front desk and back office, overnight shift. The night auditor works largely independently — the property is quiet, but the responsibility is high. Any billing error that isn't caught at night audit becomes a morning problem for guests and management.
About the role
The guardian of the night shift. At 3am in a Cancún resort, when the guests are asleep and the day's transactions need to balance before dawn, the night auditor is the person the entire hotel's financial accuracy rests on. That quiet responsibility — doing precise, careful work while everyone else sleeps — suits a specific kind of professional.
