Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation — room revenue, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, corporate billing
• Balance all front desk and POS transactions
• Process group billing reconciliation during convention and congress periods
• Handle late arrivals from domestic and international flights
• Run nightly revenue and occupancy reports
• Coordinate with overnight security on property incidents
• Prepare morning shift handover and arrival briefing

Requirements

• 2–3 years front desk or hotel accounting experience
• PMS software competency — Opera, Cloudbeds, or equivalent
• Strong numerical accuracy
• English — functional to strong; Guadalajara business hotels serve international corporate guests
• Reliable and self-directed overnight
