Night Auditor — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury property end-of-day financial reconciliation — complex billing across villa rentals, butler service, private dining, yacht charters, spa, golf, and all-inclusive extras
• Balance all front desk, F&B, activities, and spa POS transactions
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies before morning — Los Cabos guests review bills carefully
• Run full nightly revenue reports — room, villa, and departmental
• Handle late check-ins from private aircraft and charter arrivals — Los Cabos SJD airport operates late
• Coordinate overnight security at luxury property with extensive villa complex
• Prepare VIP arrival briefing and next-day management reports

Requirements

• 3–4 years hotel accounting or luxury front desk experience
• Advanced PMS software competency — Opera preferred
• High numerical accuracy — luxury billing errors are unacceptable at this price point
• Excellent English — Los Cabos overnight guests are almost exclusively North American
• Absolute reliability and professional composure overnight
