Night Front Desk Agent — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Staff front desk or concierge desk during overnight hours at luxury property
• Handle late arrivals from private aircraft and charter flights
• Manage overnight VIP and ultra-high-net-worth guest requests
• Coordinate overnight villa and butler service requests
• Maintain overnight log for morning team handover
• Assist night auditor with late check-in billing

Requirements

• 2–3 years luxury front desk experience
• Excellent English — mandatory
• Calm, polished composure with high-net-worth guests at any hour
• Ability to handle the unexpected — a UHNW guest's overnight request can be anything

About the role

A guest arriving by private jet at 1am to an ultra-luxury Los Cabos resort has a specific expectation: that the hotel will be as flawless at 1am as it is at noon. The overnight agent who meets a Gulfstream arrival at the lobby doors, checks them in without fumbling, escorts them to the villa, and has everything exactly as requested — has confirmed that expectation was correct.
