Responsibilities

• Staff front desk during overnight hours
• Handle late check-ins from international arrivals and late-night business travelers
• Manage overnight guest requests and complaints
• Coordinate with overnight security on property incidents
• Maintain front desk log for morning team handover
• Assist night auditor with check-in processing

Requirements

• 1–3 years front desk experience
• Excellent English — CDMX overnight guest base is heavily international
• Calm, reliable, self-directed
• Comfortable handling guest issues independently at night
