Night Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Staff front desk overnight at Oaxacan boutique hotel
• Process late arrivals, particularly during festival and high season periods
• Manage overnight guest requests
• Coordinate with overnight security
• Maintain overnight log for morning handover

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality or front desk experience
• English — functional to strong
• Calm, reliable overnight disposition
• Personal comfort with Oaxacan culture — guests often have questions at check-in about what to do tomorrow
