Work environment
Hotel front desk and back office, overnight. Playa del Carmen's boutique scale means the night auditor often handles both the accounting function and the check-in desk simultaneously overnight.
About the role
The quiet efficiency at midnight in the Riviera Maya. A European couple landing in Cancún at 10pm, transferring to Playa, and arriving at their boutique hotel after midnight — exhausted, excited, and having traveled for 14 hours — gets their key smoothly, gets their cenote recommendation for the morning, and goes to bed. The night auditor who made that arrival effortless never made the news. That's how it's supposed to work.
