Responsibilities

• Staff front desk during overnight shift
• Handle European and North American late arrivals
• Manage overnight guest requests and issue resolution
• Coordinate with overnight security
• Maintain overnight log for morning handover

Requirements

• 1–2 years front desk experience
• English — strong; European language helpful
• Calm and reliable overnight
• Independent working disposition
