Night Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Staff front desk during overnight shift
• Process late arrivals from US and Canadian flights
• Handle overnight guest requests and complaints
• Coordinate with security and housekeeping on overnight issues
• Maintain incident and request log for morning handover
• Assist night auditor with check-in volume

Requirements

• 1–2 years front desk experience
• English — strong, essential in PV's overnight tourist market
• Calm and reliable overnight disposition
• Comfortable working independently
