Night Auditor / Overnight Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation for eco-lodge or boutique property
• Balance all front desk, restaurant, and wellness treatment transactions
• Process late check-ins — Tulum receives late arrivals from Cancún airport connections
• Handle overnight guest requests in keeping with eco-property low-intervention approach
• Coordinate with overnight property security
• Prepare morning arrival briefing and shift handover
• Maintain overnight log for management review

Requirements

• 2–3 years front desk or hospitality accounting experience
• PMS software competency
• English — strong, essential in Tulum's international market
• Genuine alignment with eco-lifestyle and sustainable tourism values
• Comfortable working in Tulum's eco environment — candlelit paths, natural surroundings, minimal artificial light
