Night Desk Agent / Wellness Property Overnight Host

Responsibilities

• Staff the overnight desk for eco-lodge or wellness retreat
• Handle late guest arrivals — Tulum late-night check-ins are common from Cancún connections
• Respond to overnight guest needs with minimal intervention
• Coordinate with housekeeping on early morning room preparation requests
• Handle basic overnight billing and guest communications
• Maintain property safety rounds coordination with night security

Requirements

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• English — essential
• Calm, warm, and self-directed overnight disposition
• Personal comfort in eco-environment working conditions

Work environment
