Work environment

Large all-inclusive resort housekeeping department in Cancún. Managing 20+ room attendants across hundreds of rooms in a high-occupancy resort is a significant operational leadership role.

About the role

The standard-setter behind every clean room. In a 400-room Cancún resort, the floor supervisor's inspection is the last quality check before a guest opens their door. Every room that passes inspection reflects their standard. Every room that doesn't get caught before the guest arrives — and gets fixed — is a problem they prevented. That role — setting and maintaining the standard at scale — is the specific value of the housekeeping supervisor.
