Housekeeping Supervisor — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of 12–20 luxury room attendants across assigned zones
• Conduct meticulous room inspections — luxury presentation standards include bed alignment, pillow arrangement, amenity positioning, towel origami, terrace furniture, and scent
• Assign rooms to attendants with priority for VIP and high-rate suites
• Train attendants to ultra-luxury housekeeping standard — precision presentation and absolute discretion
• Coordinate with butler team and concierge on UHNW guest preferences and room preparation
• Handle VIP arrival room setups — flowers, personalized amenities, turndown protocol
• Manage room attendant performance with a coaching approach appropriate to luxury staff culture
• Report maintenance issues immediately — luxury guests notice every imperfection

Requirements

• 4–6 years hotel housekeeping experience including 2+ years supervisory at luxury or upscale property
• Demonstrated ultra-luxury presentation standard — this is not a training posting
• Leadership ability that motivates a precision-oriented team
• Absolute discretion with ultra-high-net-worth guests
• English — useful for VIP briefing coordination
