Villa Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping team for luxury villa complex — coordinating attendants across multiple private villas
• Conduct personal villa pre-arrival inspection for all incoming guests
• Manage VIP villa preparation — private chef arrival setup, welcome amenity arrangement, flower delivery coordination
• Supervise villa turnover scheduling and quality
• Coordinate with villa concierge on guest preferences and special requests
• Manage linen and amenity inventory for villa complex
• Handle ultra-high-net-worth guest housekeeping communications directly

Requirements

• 4–5 years luxury hotel or villa housekeeping including supervisory experience
• Villa operations knowledge — larger, more complex than standard hotel rooms
• Complete discretion with UHNW guests
• Independence and self-direction for villa complex management
