Housekeeping & Guest Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team and coordinate closely with front desk on guest services
• Manage room readiness and prioritization for arrivals
• Handle guest room requests directly — small property scale makes this the supervisor's direct responsibility
• Coordinate with tour and activity providers on guest housekeeping schedule impacts
• Manage linen and supply inventory
• Train and develop housekeeping team

Requirements

• 2–4 years hotel experience including housekeeping supervisory capacity
• Comfortable in cross-functional role — housekeeping and guest services overlap at Mérida boutique scale
• Organizational skill for small-team, multi-function management
• English useful for international guest base
