Work environment
Design boutique hotel in one of CDMX's most vibrant neighborhoods. The supervisor in a Roma boutique manages a small team but holds the highest personal presentation standard in CDMX housekeeping.
About the role
The standard-bearer of the boutique experience. In a Roma boutique hotel, the housekeeping supervisor is the person who decides what "right" looks like — and makes sure every room reflects that decision. In a small property where management notices every room, and international guests share photos of the details online, that standard has outsized importance.
