The quality anchor of a high-occupancy urban hotel. In a CDMX business hotel with 200+ rooms and a team of 20 attendants, the floor supervisor who runs tight, consistent inspections — who catches the missed shower corner and the unrestocked minibar before the guest walks in — is providing a service the hotel's reputation depends on every single day.
